Company number: 17376239. Company type: Private Limited by Shares.
Version 1.2 — approved by the company owner on 21 October 2026. Effective date: 21 October 2026.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

AVINOK SOLUTIONS LTD (company number 17376239; Private Limited by Shares) provides ERP, aviation MRO, engineering and software consulting services. For privacy enquiries or requests, email info@avinok.co.uk or telephone +44 7897211044.

This policy covers website visitors, prospective clients and business contacts. Avinok generally acts as controller for its own enquiries and business administration. Where it acts as processor for a client, the client's privacy notice and the agreed data processing terms govern that processing. Employment or recruitment processing requires separate, appropriate privacy information.

2. Information, purposes and lawful bases

The information involved depends on how you interact with us. The table describes relevant purposes and lawful bases where the activity applies. A contract basis applies only where necessary for a contract with the individual, or steps they request before entering one; dealings with a corporate client's staff will generally need a different basis, such as assessed legitimate interests.

Possible legitimate interests must be assessed against individuals' rights before reliance. We do not require you to provide personal data simply to read the page, although delivering online content necessarily involves technical requests. If you do not provide contact or project information, we may be unable to answer an enquiry or provide a requested service.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data, identity documents or client production data in an initial enquiry. Any processing of special category or criminal offence data requires a separately assessed legal condition and suitable safeguards.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Depending on the service, recipients may include authorised personnel and contracted hosting, email, IT and professional-advisory providers where necessary, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Contact us for information about recipients relevant to your enquiry or engagement.

The homepage currently requests the Inter font from Google Fonts. This causes the visitor's browser to contact Google infrastructure, disclosing technical request information such as an IP address. The policy pages use system fonts and do not add Google Fonts requests. See the Cookie Policy and Google Fonts privacy information.

Hosting, email and font services may involve processing outside the UK. Restricted transfers require an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or other lawful safeguards. For information about processing locations, safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy, contact info@avinok.co.uk.

4. How long information is kept

Retention is governed by the purpose of the record, applicable statutory obligations and the time for which it is reasonably needed to handle disputes or legal claims. Enquiry records are needed while an enquiry is active and for relevant follow-up. Engagement records are needed for service delivery, contractual obligations and associated claims; accounting records are subject to applicable statutory record-keeping requirements.

Technical logs are needed for security and troubleshooting; rights-request and complaint records support the response and demonstrate how it was handled. Data no longer needed for these purposes must be deleted or anonymised, subject to legal holds and the expiry of backup cycles. Contact us for retention information relevant to your records.

5. Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may have rights to access your data, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, receive or transfer certain data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Rights are not absolute and relevant conditions or exemptions may apply. Contact info@avinok.co.uk. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions and applicable rules. Necessary identity verification may be requested; excessive information should not be required. Requests are normally free of charge, subject to statutory exceptions.

6. Marketing, automated decisions and children

No mailing-list signup, analytics script or automated decision-making feature has been identified in the recovered page code. No marketing or profiling programme is confirmed. Any future marketing must be assessed under UK GDPR and PECR with appropriate privacy information, consent where required and an effective opt-out.

The current website provides business information and is not designed to collect children's data. If children’s services, profiling or significant automated decisions are introduced, the relevant assessments, safeguards and notices must be completed first.

7. Security and complaints

The Data Protection & UK GDPR Policy requires risk-appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please raise concerns with info@avinok.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, or telephone the ICO on 0303 123 1113. Contacting Avinok first does not remove your right to approach the ICO.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy is effective from 21 October 2026. Changes will be reflected in the version and effective date shown above. Material new uses of personal data must be explained before they begin where required by law.
